Don' t sharp shoot your lawyer in litigation by using AI
client use of consumer AI technology will waive privilege-which means the other side gets to read all those prompts and data you fed in.
Conversely, Lawyers who use branded AI products as a litigation tool appear to have that work covered as non discoverable.

• Reminder that the United States Postal Service (USPS) has changed their process as far as when they will postmark mail. In many cases, mail will now be postmarked on the date it is processed, not the date it is mailed. So if you are playing the mail the tax payment at the last minute game, take it inside and see the hard working postal employees and have it processed. Don't dump it in a blue box and hope.
