January 6th foreclosure auction — once a month — and THREE families 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 had their properties 🏠 REMOVED ❌ before the gavel 🔨 ever dropped.
This week, we were able to help three families 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 in Charleston & Dorchester County 📍 get their homes 🏠 pulled from the foreclosure auction ⚠️.

This is one of the many reasons why I will always advocate for OWNING 🏠.
Had these families been renters 🚫🏠, eviction 🚪 would’ve been swift—no extensions ❌, no negotiations ❌—and everything would’ve been on the curb 🧳.
I thank God 🙏🏽 for the opportunity to serve 🤝.
No, this didn’t lead to any immediate investor sales 💰 or commissions this month ,but the joy 😊 of helping families 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 retain ownership 🔑 is far greater than any reward 🏆 or commission 💵 I could ever receive.🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾
