Full-Time or Part-Time Legal Secretary/Paralegal

J. Asa Baugher, P.C. Law Office, Summerdale, Baldwin County, Alabama
**Schedule:**
In-Person, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

**Responsibilities:**
- Assist attorneys with administrative tasks, including managing schedules, organizing files, and maintaining client records.
- Draft, review, and prepare legal documents and correspondence.
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases.
- Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and court personnel.
- Manage case files and ensure timely filing of documents with courts and agencies.
- Provide support during trials, hearings, and meetings as needed.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or Paralegal preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
- Proficiency in Quickbooks and legal billing/case management software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong multitasking abilities and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
