Team Green-Keep Greater Lake Charles Beautiful is set to host its second annual Christmas Tree Recycling event on Saturday, January 4, 2025, from 9 am – 2 pm at the Nelson Ball Field/Alma Lane Recycling Station.

Residents are encouraged to bring their live Christmas trees, free of all décor, lights and tinsel to this drive and drop event.

Trees collected will be recycled into mulch and used for future City beautification projects.

This event is hosted in partnership with Vermeer Texas Louisiana and M&M Lawn & Irrigation.
