Jennifer and Jeff Hawkins help married couples, elderly individuals, and their families find legal solutions to protect their assets from long-term health care costs so they can sleep at night. The State of Indiana says the average nursing home care cost is over $89,000 per year. We help nursing home residents and their families plan and qualify for Medicaid assistance to pay long-term care costs.
We also help people plan ahead to protect assets from future of nursing home care costs. Multi-generation plans can protect farmland and other business assets from crisis sales. We help farmers and small business owners protect business assets with business succession plans. We also guide clients in business purchase and sale negotiations.
