While homes 🏡 do not seem to be flying 💨off the market, they are still moving - & at a solid price per square foot $$$.
In a typically slower month (Nov), 6 homes were sold in Sugar Creek at over $150/sq ft.
This neighborhood is an absolute gem 💎 & home buyers know it 😉🫶🏻

Overall the market is slowing down a bit, but that doesn’t seem to stop the buyers interested in this lovely neighborhood 🤩
