We are excited to welcome attorney Jamie Davis to The Crash Team! Jamie brings more than 14 years of diverse legal experience and a strong commitment to advocating for injury victims.

Jamie graduated magna cm laude from Texas A&M University with a degree in Psychology before earning her Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law. During law school, Jamie gained valuable courtroom experience through judicial internships and active participation in trial advocacy programs.

Jamie began her career helping grow a start-up industrial personnel and supply company into a multi-million-dollar enterprise, ultimately serving as General Counsel. In 2013, she opened her own firm and gained a unique perspective to personal injury law since she handled cases on both sides—prosecuting claims for plaintiffs and defending them as well. During that time, Jamie’s work ignited a passion for advocating on behalf of injury victims, which has since become the primary focus of her legal career. Consistently, in her career, Jamie stands up for her clients and has the trial experience to prove it.

Today, Jamie focuses exclusively on leveraging her broad legal background, litigation skills, and client-centered approach to guide clients through the complexities of their cases with professionalism, diligence, and empathy.

We’re proud to share that Attorney Krystyna Salinas secured $607,000 in settlements this past month for our incredible clients. Within this amount Krystyna settled three $100,000 cases for full policy limits.

None of these cases required a lawsuit. Through preparation and relentless advocacy, Krystyna and our Pre-Litigation Team delivered powerful results for our clients early in the process.

Recent Victory for our Client of Company Vehicle Crash!

Trial Attorneys Kevin Christiansen, Breanne Galvan, and Aaron Galvan recently secured this major victory for our injured client. The crash happened when a trash truck rear ended our client who then hit the vehicle in front of him. There was minor damage on the vehicles, but our client was harmed. In litigation, we were relentless with the insurance company and we settled this case a few weeks before trial for this extraordinary amount. Our client was extremely happy and grateful for how this settlement will change his family’s life moving forward.
