Hello,

Beginning 4/11/22 the Law Office of AMH PPLC will be closed. We will return to the office on 4/19/22. During this time there will be no response to emails or phone calls.

Additionally, our email inbox will only be monitored during the following days and times: Monday:-Wednesday, 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.

The only exception is for Mental Health ("MH") appointments/hearings.

Additionally, our office will be closed during the following weeks for administrative purposes, to ensure that we remain Texas/Louisiana Bar compliant and to meet our fiduciary duties to clients: 4/25-4/29th, 5/30-6/3, 6/27-7/1, 7/25- 7/29, 8/29-9/2, 9/26-9/30, 10/31-11/2, and the entire month of December.

Therefore, we will not be available for hearings during the above-mentioned dates.

If there is an emergency or the matter requires immediate attention call our office cell at 832-998-9309 and leave a detailed message in the confidential voicemail box or fax any relevant or confidential documents to 832-201-6600.

3 Things I've learned from being a Fiduciary Litigator:

1. First things first, Discovery & Depositions are your bestfriend... One of your very first production request should be to the Estate Planning attorney who drafted the Trust. (Thank me later)

2. Opposing counsel will gaslight you, don't take it personal.

3. Never stop researching for that case on point, it's there.
