Happy to announce a huge felony win for Cedillo Law Firm.

After the State dismissed our client’s case after jury selection, they tried to come back and prosecute him again. Attorney Malachi Ledbetter fought back with a Motion to Quash, arguing that the re-prosecution violated double jeopardy protections.
The Court agreed. Motion to Quash GRANTED.
