He is credited for playing a key role in the company’s expansion, helping launch company operations in markets around the BPO industry and even crossed the Real Estate Arena. Valdellon became a member of the Northernmiles Outsourcing Philippines Board of Directors and was appointed as the Chief Operating Officer in November 2013. Prior to that, he forged a 5-plus-year track record of success and business growth in a variety of sector-spanning executive positions, including president and chief operating officer; president of the company’s Relationship Technology Management line of business; vice president of marketing, and Quality Manager in the BPO business unit in 2012.
