Okay Houston Area Realtors! We are looking to grow aggressively in 2026 and if you are an experienced Agent and have your own good systems in place whether individually or as a team, we need to talk! Quit giving your hard earned commissions to the national brokerages! Join our local home grown Houston family business and get the guidance and support you need to succeed without being micromanaged. The best part, I WANT you to keep more of your hard earned commissions. You are an independent contractor and if you see yourself as the CEO of you, we are going to be a good fit! We don't just take anyone though! We are not set up for brand new Agents. Therefore, you must have had finished at a minimum your second full year and completed your SAE courses.
