Today was a good day in court.

We helped a local mom-and-pop landlord recover possession of their home after a very difficult situation with an occupant who refused to leave.

These cases are stressful. For small landlords, this is not just “property.” It is often their retirement, their savings, or the one major asset they are depending on.

What matters is doing it the right way. No shortcuts. No self-help. No changing locks without legal authority. No escalating the situation.

You file the case, present the evidence, follow the process, and ask the court for relief.

Today, the court granted possession back to the landlords.

I am happy for them. They were patient, they trusted the process, and they got their home back.
