It’s official we have a winning gingerbread village! That’s right all votes are in, and all have been counted and recounted and recounted, and the North Side’s gingerbread village has officially been declared this year’s winner!! In addition to being declared this year’s winner, the North Side has been awarded custody of the prized “Gingerbread Person” trophy for the year, as well as bragging rights. Congratulations to both teams for creating amazing villages, and special congratulations to the North Side for the win!

Happy Holidays! Voting for the winner of this year's "South Side" v. "North Side" Gingerbread House competition is now officially open. Which team will win this year? Will the South Side successfully defend the title; or, will the North Side sweep in for the win? In the interest of "safety" (amidst the pandemic), the competition shifted to a "village" approach. Team members separately created their contributions, which were then combined for the judging into "South Side" and "North Side" gingerbread villages. Please help us pick this year's winning “village” and team. Like last year, the winning team will not only win bragging rights for the year, the winning team will also be presented with the coveted, traveling "Gingerbread Person" trophy! To cast your vote, take a look at the pictures (4 views of both villages, which for voting purposes have been labeled as either Team "A" or Team "B") and then comment by this Friday (December 18th), to let us know whether your favorite is Team "A's" village or Team "B's" village. Once all votes have been tabulated, we will announce the winning team. Let the voting begin!!
