Welcome Home!

There’s something extra special about coming home and this move is all about just that. And just in time for the cozy seasons!

After time away from Suffield, this family is making their way back to their hometown, putting down roots, and creating more space for their growing family.

We’re so excited to see this next chapter unfold and it was an honor to help them find the place they can truly call home.

For their Closing for a Cause the’ve decided to donate to Broadway Cares! Ari is running the NYC Marathon on behalf of non-profit, a cause that is the philanthropic heart of the theater community. This one feels extra special. 🤍🏡

Stephanie’s buyers knew what mattered most to them: staying close to family, finding a home that truly felt right, and creating a place where they could put down roots. They searched thoughtfully, gave themselves space to regroup when they needed it, and stayed patient instead of forcing the wrong fit. And when the right house finally came along, they were ready.
