We know a divorce can be a difficult process for couples….
Florida is a no-fault state which means a couple does not have to have grounds to seek a divorce. The only reason necessary is that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken.

Usually, the entire mediation process can be concluded at a cost that is less than the retainer fee for one attorney. Most mediators charge an hourly rate, and many have a minimum fee for a two-hour session.
