Congratulations to my First-Time Homebuyer for purchasing their dream home in Elyria within the Midview School District! It truly has everything she was looking for, and the garden in the backyard is absolutely beautiful- I was already promised some fruit 😄 What made this one truly special though was the constant display of kindness and gratitude throughout the process from both the Sellers and Buyer- from the exchange of heartfelt 'thank you' notes to their in-person meeting at the walk-through so they could wish each other good luck!

Current market trends show that homes in Berea are selling for an average of $144 per square foot, which is $9 less than the month prior. The average close price also shows an average of $262,132 (about $7,000 more than July of 2025), while the average listings price is $259,950.

July also saw an increase in sales, with 20 homes sold, surpassing the 14 that sold in June. 📈
