~Closing Day~
It was an absolute honor to help my buyer secure this condo. She told me when she walked in to it that it reminded her of her mom that is no longer here. Her emotions made me want this so badly for her on this new chapter of her life. To give her the keys today felt so amazing. I know I say it a lot but I do truly love what I do and all of my clients.

4 days ago I acquired a new client. In 4 days time, we saw multiple houses to try to find the perfect house for him and his kids. Today our offer was accepted on this 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom ranch in Kent. So honored that this client chose me to help see him through this.

You know how sometimes you have a transaction that goes SO smoothly that it doesn't seem real? That was this transaction. Less than a month in contract with a VA offer and I'm proud to say this one is closed.
