A seller reached out needing to sell his property quickly, and Avery was able to step in right away.

He immediately scheduled a time to meet with C, walked through the situation, and created a detailed marketing plan focused on getting the home sold as fast as possible while still creating strong buyer interest.

The home went live and was under contract within 24 hours, over asking price, and closed in less than two weeks.

Having some concerns about how the process would work with being out of state and out of the country for a stretch, Will vowed we could get his condo sold. Despite some issues with the HOA, a cash buyer was found and we were able to move to closing pretty quickly. A big thank you to Ohio Real Title for handling some last minute complications with ease!
