Private room rentals are available in Conyers, Georgia!

💚 Primary bedroom with a private en suite bathroom: $1,150/month
💚 Secondary bedrooms with a shared bathroom: $850/month each

Rent includes gas, electricity, water, trash, and internet. Residents share the kitchen and common areas, with laundry on site.

Please note: These are individual room rentals in a shared home—not an entire-home rental.

1️⃣ Contact me for details and to schedule a tour.
2️⃣ Send me your email address to request the online rental application.
3️⃣ Complete tenant screening through TurboTenant. The $55 screening fee is nonrefundable.

Once the completed application and screening results are received, I’ll review everything with the owner and follow up with a decision within 2–3 business days. Applications are subject to owner approval.

“I’d love to sell, but I don’t want to give up my interest rate.”

I understand! If you have a low mortgage rate, the thought of buying your next home at a higher rate can make you pause. 🏡

But what if your home no longer fits your life?

Maybe you need less upkeep, more space, or to be closer to family. Selling and buying again may still be worth exploring—but we need to look at the whole picture.

Depending on the property and market, there may be opportunities to negotiate the purchase price or closing-cost assistance. Your net proceeds from selling could also help with your next down payment.

On the other hand, your new payment could be higher, and selling, buying, and moving all come with costs.

My advice? Let’s look at the numbers before deciding either way: what your home could realistically sell for, what you might walk away with, and what your next home would actually cost each month.

Not every move makes sense right now. But you deserve to know your options.
