HVAC CONTRACTORS – SEEKING BIDS

I am seeking licensed HVAC contractors to assess the existing heating and cooling systems and provide bids for a 7-unit apartment/commercial building.

The property consists of:

• FOUR – 1-bedroom apartments
• TWO – 2-bedroom apartments
• ONE – commercial space
7 units total

We need a contractor to evaluate the current heating and cooling equipment and provide recommendations and pricing for repair, replacement, and/or installation of new units as necessary.

This is a full-building HVAC project, and we are looking for competitive bids from contractors experienced with multi-family properties.

If interested, please send me a private message with your company name and contact information to arrange a walkthrough and prepare a bid.

Serious, qualified contractors only, please.

Professionalism & Communication
A True Professional Who Delivers Results We had the pleasure of working with Dana Allen to sell not just one, but two homes—both of which had their fair share of challenges. From the start, she demonstrated deep market knowledge, incredible patience, and unwavering commitment. One of the homes had some structural issues, and the other needed significant updates, but Dana never shied away from the obstacles. Instead, she came prepared with a solid strategy, a network of reliable professionals, and expert guidance to get both properties sold at strong prices. Communication was top-notch throughout. We always knew what was happening, what to expect next, and felt supported every step of the way. Dana brought professionalism, honesty, and a calm confidence that made the entire process less stressful and more successful than we could have imagined. If you're looking for a realtor who can handle complicated sales with grace and determination, look no further. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and highly recommend Dana Allen to anyone buying or selling—especially if your property isn’t “perfect.”
