A little networking, a little friendly competition, and a whole lot of fun with a spooky twist! 🎃

Our GAAR Young Professionals Network (YPN) brought REALTORS® and Affiliate members together at Bottles in Waynesboro for an evening of catching up, making new connections, and enjoying some time together outside the office!

A big thank you to everyone who came out and made the evening such a great time! We love seeing our members connect, build relationships, and enjoy being part of the GAAR community.

And a special thanks to the Bottles team for being such a fantastic host!

Our GAAR office facelift is moving right along! 🎨✨

The painters are transitioning to our front reception area, and with paint still drying in the back, the GAAR office will be temporarily closed this afternoon.

There was a lot of heart behind the REALTOR RUCKUS this year, and we’re grateful to everyone who helped make it happen.

Thank you to every volunteer, especially our Community Service Committee members, who put so much time into this event. Thank you to everyone who donated an auction basket and to the local real estate offices that made donations. You helped make the day a chance to give back.

Congratulations to Nest Realty Shenandoah Valley for winning Best Auction Basket and the tacky trophy with bragging rights! We’re grateful to ComfortCare Women's Health - Staunton and Foster Love Ministries for joining us and voting for the winner. We’re looking forward to presenting both organizations with a check from the event proceeds.

A big thank you to our sponsors: UVA Community Credit Union, Lower Mortgage and The Adler Mortgage Team, Bluestone Transactions, Vickie Painter, Loan Officer NMLS #310463. C&F Mortgage Corporation, Property Management of Virginia, Cline's Heating and Cooling LLC, and Julie Smallwood, Senior Mortgage Banker at Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group.

To everyone who came out, donated, bid, or lent a hand: Thank You! Your support will help us give back to two organizations doing meaningful work in our community. ❤️

🏆 ELEVEN-TIME TRIPLE CROWN WINNER! 🏆

We are incredibly proud to share that the Greater Augusta Association of REALTORS® was recognized with the RPAC Triple Crown Award at last week’s Virginia Realtors® Convention!

This marks the 11th time GAAR has earned this honor!

In 2025, our members:
⭐ Doubled our Major Investor goal
⭐ Reached an impressive 45% participation rate
⭐ Surpassed our fundraising goal by an additional $4,000

This recognition belongs to our members. Your participation and support made this achievement possible, and we are so proud to see Greater Augusta recognized at the state level.
