I have been in residential construction for 22 years and have owned my own business here in NC for the past 9 years. I have done pretty much everything in terms of building but, the past several years I have found my niche in doing custom millwork, built-ins, and pretty much any kind of custom work one can think of. I have worked with some of the top real estate agents in the Lake Norman area over the past 9 years on the construction side and I have had a strong sense of a purpose in real estate. My wife and I together, got our licenses this past year and I am transferring from my current career into real estate full time.
