Randy Hint- Realtor at Francis Real Estate Thinking about buying or selling? I'm here to help! My wife and I relocated to the beautiful Lake Norman area 11 years ago. They keep us going on a daily basis.

Let me provide you with the knowledge and guidance to make your experience in this crazy market as smooth as possible! We are currently parents to two amazing fur babies, Layla (mini dachshund) and Remi (border collie/lab). My wife and I love to travel when we can and we both spend a lot of time in the mountains and at the beach. The past three years I have gotten back into my childhood passion of

racing off road motorcycles. It is something you just can not explain to many but, the thrill of riding and all of the amazing people I have met along the way is something I will always cherish forever. I have been in residential construction for 22 years and have owned my own business here in NC for the past 9 years. I have done pretty much everything in terms of building but, the past several years I have found my niche in doing custom millwork, built-ins, and pretty much any kind of custom work one can think of. I have worked with some of the top real estate agents in the Lake Norman area over the past 9 years on the construction side and I have had a strong sense of a purpose in real estate. My wife and I together, got our licenses this past year and I am transferring from my current career into real estate full time. I look forward to building new relationships and continuing to help homeowners in finding their new dream home.
