Nappa, Monterosso and Poznansky LLP was started in January 2020. was a partner with Robert J. at Helbock and Nappa LLP and previously at Helbock, Nappa and Gallucci LLP. The earlier firms had their roots going back to Robert J. Helbock Sr. who was a Licensed Workers Compensation Representative for many years. Robert J. was elected to the NYC Civil Court in November 2019 and therefore had to leave

the firm. Christopher Monterosso Esq. previously was a Senior Associate at the Law Firm of Jonathan Poznansky. Poznansky Esq. and his firm handled Workers Compensation and Social Security matters throughout New York State. Poznansky was a strong advocate for injured workers for many years and is well known here on Staten Island as a leader in the field of Workers Compensation. As the obvious synergy was apparent the two firms formed a new partnership. The firm handles all NY Workers Compensation as well as Social Security Disability matters. The firm has grown to include Rolando Cubela Esq. as well as Vincent Scamardella Esq. The office is able to accommodate Spanish speaking clients
