Kasegrande, formerly in-house counsel at the New York Stock Exchange, practices estate planning and administration at the firm since 2009. In addition to its attorneys, the firm employs a support staff of eight experienced legal assistants. The Firm owns its own 4,200 sq. foot handicap accessible building with ample parking in private lot.

Founding Partner Thomas J. Russo has passed away at the age of 98. “Tom” founded the firm in 1960 and was active in the practice for 39 years, having retired in 1999. Specializing in litigation, Mr. Russo was an accomplished trial attorney. A mentor to many at the firm, Mr. Russo imbued a sense of decorum and high ethical standards that continue to infuse the firm’s culture. He will be missed. May he rest in peace.
