Dear Clients:
The Harper Law Office will remain open at this time. We are very concerned about the implications of COVID-19 and we will be taking any and all precautions as advised by the CDC. The safety of our clients and staff is our highest priority, and with that in mind, we are limiting in-office consultations and appointments.
1) If you need a consultation or appointment, we will be handling these primarily by phone or email. Exceptions include EMERGENCIES and pre-trial appointments.
2) If you are already scheduled for a consultation or appointment, we will be doing these by telephone (with the exception of pre-trial appointments).
3) If you need to make a payment, we request that these be done by card via our payment app or over the phone. If you cannot do this, please call and we will make other arrangements.
4) If you have documents that need to be signed, we will be providing these to you via mail, fax or email. If this is not an option, we will make alternative arrangements.
5) Many Courts in the area are closing. We will contact you immediately if your trial date has been continued. If you do not hear from us, YOUR TRIAL DATE HAS NOT BEEN CONTINUED.
Consistent with guidance from the CDC, we are taking necessary steps to help prevent the contracting and spread of COVID-19, including measures regarding cleanliness and sanitation as well as social distancing.
If you have been out of the country, on a cruise, have been running a temperature, have flu-like symptoms or feel shortness of breath, please call us to reschedule your appointment and/or trial date and stay at home to help decrease the spread of this virus to our community.
Please call us at 870-628-4118 or email us at [email protected] with any questions.
Best,
Vic and Alex
