KNOWLEDGE OF THE REGION – I was born and raised in Washington State on a farm in a small town in Yakima Valley before it became Wine Country. My traditional Mexican family farmed there. Selling corn on the side of the road at age 5 taught me to love sales, and love working with people. Now my husband and my two amazing children and I adore getting outdoors fishing, hiking, biking, and boating all around the Sound. Seeking out Woodinville’s best wineries or Seattle’s hidden bistros and restaurants, enjoying the fresh seafood and Northwest cuisine, reminds us of how lucky we are to live in the beautiful Puget Sound region. UNDERSTANDING OF DIFFERENT ARCHITECTURAL STYLES AND NEIGHBORHOODS – I love homes from the late 1800s to new construction. Working with sellers is a joy for me because each house has its own creative style and was shaped by the people who lived there. I can turn what you have done with your home into a selling feature for potential buyers as well as help you see inexpensive ways to maximize your property. In the Northwest, each neighborhood has unique qualities, and I know them intimately. Matching the right neighborhood and the right property to the right home buyer is always my goal. DISTINCTIVE ATTRIBUTES – Along with my husband, I am a world traveler who has visited 49 countries and counting, and my goal is to explore each continent as thoroughly as possible. Swimming with dolphins, hanging out with gorillas, and holding a Bengal tiger are activities which change a person. Here in the Northwest I get out in nature as much as I can, and I love watching eagles and all of the other wildlife we have here. I also help our community collecting and donating clothing and cell phones to a non-profit Women and Children Domestic Violence Shelter, and I help support the Children’s Hospital with donations. Our Seattle culture is diverse and rich, the climate is perfect no matter what the weather is, and the beauty from the mountains to the Sound and its islands is unmatched.
