This is my current project located in Stanley NC just outside of Charlotte. This was acquired from a whole sale deal. This house had a fire on the back deck that spread to the kitchen. This is also a full gut job. All the Sheetrock and insulation had to be removed and filled 2- 40 yard dumpsters. This is the first house that Mimosa Investment Properties is acting as the GC which means I save a bunch of money!!! 🙌🏽🙌🏽Follow the next post for updates on what’s been done so far!

I haven’t posted in a while but I wanted to post some of our latest projects. This one is a house we bought in Newton NC for a flip. It was already gutted on the inside and we had to basically do everything new. This house had new electrical, new plumbing, HVAC system, new roof, new siding and everything in between. This was a challenging project because this is the first time having to pull permits. It’s because of this job that I went to obtain my GC license! 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽. This house was sold in January at top dollar for the market it was in. From this job I learned the value of a general contractor and how much profit can be stripped away by using one!

We are excited to be complete with this flip located in Salisbury NC. This was a total whole hour rehab! We bought this as a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom house and converted it to a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house. All electrical was updated, Central Heat and Air was added, updated plumbing and replaced roof!
