This closing was so much more than selling a house. ❤️
Eight years ago, I helped this amazing couple buy the home they just sold. Since then, we’ve stayed in touch, I’ve had the privilege of helping members of their family buy and sell homes, and now I got to help them with another major chapter.
We went under contract in just 5 days but getting to closing was about so much more than that.
I helped coordinate their transition out of state, worked closely with everyone involved in their next purchase to help make sure the timing between closings stayed on track, and even helped facilitate a new home for some of their goats. 🐐❤️
And of course, I have to give a huge shoutout to Stacey Barowich NMLS 195048 - Movement Mortgage.
Stacey has been part of this journey right alongside me for the past eight years. Together, we’ve had the honor of helping not only this family, but several of their family members along the way. There is something incredibly special about clients continuing to trust the same team with the people they love and care about.
Now Stacey is helping them with the financing for their next home as they begin this new chapter. That kind of trust is something neither of us takes lightly.
This is exactly what I mean when I say I don’t sell homes. I sell an experience.
An experience built on trust, communication, relationships, problem-solving, and being there for all the little things that happen between “we’re thinking about moving” and “we made it home.”
The best part? The relationship doesn’t end at the closing table.
I’m going to miss having these sweet people and their goats 😂 nearby, but I’m so excited for what comes next for them.
