So happy for my Buyers! Can't wait to get this beautiful Smith Family Homes home sold!

10/06/2026

😭😭 I am OVER THE MOON thrilled for my buyers! 🥹🏡❤️ As I stood there to take this photo this weekend I had to reminisce on this one.

It took a lot of trial and tribulations to get to this moment, but from the very beginning, when the wife said, “I love it here. I can see us here. I want this home,” I knew just how special this one was. All 3 of us were just sitting on this perfect porch. 🥹

And the husband went above and beyond to make sure she got this home. 😭😍 Watching the love and dedication between these two throughout the entire process truly brought me so much joy.
There’s something so special about helping someone find a house, but getting to be a small part of helping them find the place where they’ll make so many beautiful memories together is something I’ll never take for granted. ❤️

Congratulations to my sweet buyers on their beautiful new home! 🥂🏡✨ I am so incredibly happy for you both and cannot wait to see all of the wonderful memories you create here.
Cheers to this next chapter! 🥹❤️🔑

Thank you Dustin Buchanan for having the most wonderful listing for my buyers! Shout out to Nathan McCall for the home inspection and Bev Wakeley for sitting at the inspection for me when I realized the inspection was gonna be scheduled during another appointment I had 🙈😭 Law Offices of Robert C. Sweatt, LLC 😅y’all are just so wonderful! And I cannot thank yall enough for just rolling with it 🫶🫶 the willingness to stay as long as it takes so they could get this closed! Yall are the real MVP 😘
