What a special turn of events—this transaction brought a little piece of small-town connection full circle! The seller was actually one of my buyer’s teachers in high school, and he was also a teacher to Carleton, their closing attorney! Talk about a small world! 😊

So unbelievably happy for my seller! This was a little domino effect that went smoothly! When the buyers told me the situation of the home they were selling I was nervous and asked who the lender was... When they told me it was Kevin, I was "Oh thank goodness!" If anyone can get this to the table and make this a smooth process it would be him. We got to move this closing up 2/3 weeks and we did a back to back closing at Kinney & Hendrix, LLC and it was wonderful! Very thankful to have the amazing local businesses we have! ❤️🏡
