✔️ Check your roof for damaged or missing shingles
✔️ Seal drafts around windows and doors
✔️ Disconnect and store outdoor hoses

Today's real estate term: CONTINGENCY.

A contingency is a condition written into a purchase contract that must be satisfied before the transaction can move forward. Common examples include financing, inspections, and the sale of another property.

Understanding the terminology can make the buying and selling process feel a lot less overwhelming!

Fall is here, and it's a great time to give your home's curb appeal a little refresh. 🍂

Think pumpkins, seasonal flowers, a clean front porch, fresh mulch, trimmed landscaping, and a welcoming front door.

Small details can make a big first impression!
