So what are your costs as a seller? Well, that's always a negotiable term. My standard fee is 7%, but do make exceptions when they are needed. What do you get for that 7% fee? You also get professional pictures taken, professional sign in your yard, Supra electronic lock box that can only be accessed by licensed professionals during allowed hours, step by step instructions, legal contracts and processes, advertising to more than 100 websites and thousands of licensed real estate agents, piece of mind, and more. My biggest thing is honestly. I'll be more than happy to list your home for any dollar amount you will like and will do everything I can to sell it at that price. But I will also tell you what will help your home sell and what price it will sell at. I am not go to try and give you some inflated selling price to convince you to sign on with me. That only causes you to get frustrated with the process and my work. No one wins there.
