Many sellers think repainting is the first step before listing.

Sometimes it helps. Sometimes it doesn’t change much.

What matters more is how the home shows as a whole.

Pricing, curb appeal, and the overall condition of a home are usually what make the biggest difference when buyers are comparing options.

I recommend having someone walk through the home first and give a realistic idea of what’s worth doing and what’s not.

Every home is different. Some need updates. Some just need the right presentation.
