This past Friday, we closed out the workday a little early by throwing a party for the people who deserve it most. Our team works incredibly hard day in and day out, and we wanted to take a moment to slow down, share a great meal, and enjoy each other's company.

The food was delicious, the conversation was even better, and the afternoon was a great reminder of just how fortunate we are to work alongside such talented and dedicated people. To our whole team: we appreciate you, and we are so thankful for everything you bring to this firm. Here's to many more celebrations ahead.

We’re proud to share that principal attorney Katherine Flett has been elected to serve as Representative-at-Large for the Transportation Lawyers Association (TLA).

In addition to this role, she’ll serve as Co-Chair of the Commercial and Business Litigation Committee, contributing to ongoing discussions around complex issues impacting the transportation industry.

Katherine’s work with trucking and transportation clients makes her a natural fit for this leadership role. This is a well-deserved honor, and we're excited to see the impact she’ll have.

Yesterday was a great day to hit the links and raise funds for an incredible cause!

At ARC Angels Foundation's annual charity golf tournament, our firm was proud to be a hole sponsor. Additionally, Danna McKitrick staff and attorneys put together three teams to help fundraise and show our support for the organization's mission of preventing youth su***de through educational programming.

Congratulations to attorneys Tabitha Atwell and Katherine Flett on being named to St Louis Small Business Monthly’s "100 St. Louisans You Should Know to Succeed in Business" list for 2026.

This recognition was chosen by a selection of community leaders and honors a wide mix of "key executives, financiers, notable achievers, connectors, and other business-community leaders," all of whom play a meaningful role in supporting and advancing the St. Louis business community.

With only a small number of attorneys included each year, having two from our firm is a notable honor.

Katherine's ongoing involvement across the business and nonprofit community, paired with her broad legal practice, continues to make her a trusted resource for clients and colleagues alike. This also marks her second time being named to the list, having previously been recognized in 2022.

Tabitha's leadership in estate planning and her work helping business owners plan for the future, including succession planning and long term continuity, reflect the thoughtful, forward-looking guidance this recognition highlights.

Members of the Danna McKitrick, P.C. team attended the Association of Women in the Metal Industries (AWMI) St. Louis Industry Night Dinner at the Third Degree Glass Factory, an engaging evening centered around the theme “Forged by Fire.”

The program featured Cynthia Walker, CEO and founder of Career WayZ, along with a panel of impressive young women participating in Registered Youth Apprenticeship (RYA) programs focused on manufacturing workforce development.

We appreciate the opportunity to support organizations like AWMI that are investing in the future of the manufacturing workforce and creating meaningful pathways for the next generation.
