Green Son Improvements is on the lookout for a new member of our team! Searching for someone with experience in home remodeling. Prime applicant would have their own tools and transportation. Be flexible and have knowledge of all aspects of home remodeling and make ready experience. Abilities desired include standard carpentry, install hard surface flooring, trim work, install prehung doors, slab doors, bore handles, set hinges, basic plumbing, faucet replacement, toilet swap, etc. Basic electrical is a plus, swap outlets, switches, troubleshoot issues, etc. Float walls and prep for paint. Exterior work including deck/handrail repair and building, siding, basic roof repair. We have a constant flow of work.
