I recently expunged a client's felony convictions in both St. Louis County and St. Louis City. This client is a great guy who was simply impulsive and irresponsible in his teenage years. My client just received his Temporary Missouri License and he is now driving legally for the first time in the last 40 years. He struggled with substance abuse for a long time, but he has worked hard at getting his life together and reinstating his license. I'm proud to be his attorney and I couldn't be happier for him!

I just received the result from my client's Administrative Alcohol Hearing and the Hearing Officer found insufficient evidence that my client's BAC was over the legal limit. My objection was based on the breathalyzer being used by the arresting officer after initially reading "Internal Service Error". My client's license will not be suspended as a result of this DWI arrest - Great Result!

In other news, my USTA men's trilevel team qualified for Nationals over the weekend. We now have the opportunity to compete against some of the best tennis players in the nation - very exciting!

I’ve been trying to get this guy reinstated since early 2020. He had some cases so old that multiple courts had issues locating their files. It wasn’t easy but I’m glad he stuck with it. Now he’s going to get his CDL and several career opportunities!
