It's been along way, and although it may not seem important to some people, it's a milestone for me and the wonderful members of my rehab crew.
We are working in a fully permited addition to the first house I bought.

Step one to create wealth:

1) FIX YOUR EXPENSES:
If you are serious about getting rich you need to control your expenses, and increase your streams of income.

One of the best ways to control your expenses is to BUY A HOUSE AND STOP RENTING. Rent increases year to year, it increases with inflation. But if you get a 30 years mortgage you will beat inflation, at least on housing.

Analyze how you spend your money, and try to cut every single expense to its minimum possible. Don't buy the newspaper, read it online. Don't pay for home-internet, get it for free with your unlimited plan on your mobile phone. If you hardly get sick, increase your deductible and save on your health insurance premiums. Be healthier, drink soda instead of poison, I'm sorry I meant soda. Quit smoking, you'll save money and your life!
