HELP US FIND WITNESSES TO THE DANGEROUS UPS PARKING/CROSSING AREA IN EARTH CITY.

Sometimes our cases are about more than one family. They are about making sure the same thing does not happen again.

We represent the family of a man who was struck and killed while walking to work at UPS in Earth City. Years later, another man was struck and killed in the same area.

The safety concerns surrounding this parking and pedestrian crossing were not new. Concerns had been raised for years, and we are investigating what St. Louis County knew, what workers reported, and what efforts were made to improve the area.

We need to hear from anyone who has firsthand information.

If you worked at UPS in Earth City, were hit or nearly hit crossing there, witnessed a close call, complained about the parking/crossing setup, or know about prior efforts to get St. Louis County to make it safer, please DM us or call 314-444-4444.

Our case is set for trial in 2027. The goal is accountability for this family—and changes that help prevent another family from getting this call.
