PENNY, ATTORNEY AT LAW
Raised in North St. Louis City, Troy R. Penny was driven at an early age to become a voice for the underserved in his neighborhood by using the law to not only influence change but also to defend the rights of those who can’t defend themselves. All throughout the city, innocent people were being cast aside and left crippled by debt from circumstances that occurred through n
o fault of their own. By committing his practice in Personal Injury Law, Troy R. Penny, Attorney at Law, now acts as a compassionate advocate for those who deserve fair compensation. Penny earned his law degree Magna Cum Laude from Texas Southern University, Thurgood Marshall School of Law and was admitted to the State of Missouri Bar in September 2002, Eastern District of the United States District Courts, and Western District of the United States District Courts. Important honors and affiliations include:
•Missouri Association of Trial Lawyers
•National Bar Association
•Barbara C. Jordan’s Chapter of Phi Alpha Delta Fraternity International
•Mound City Bar Association
Penny has built his St. Louis Personal Injury practice around honesty, respect and giving back. Within his own community, he continues to be a powerful voice for change, volunteering his time and expertise for the Ask a Lawyer program hosted by the Organization for Black Struggle where he urges his peers to channel their passions and use the tools their given to make a difference in the world around them. With each unique case and attorney-client relationship, Penny’s goal is clear: to fight passionately and respectfully for you.
