I say it a lot, but I can't say it enough, that referrals are the biggest compliment that I can get.

Years ago I helped Jim and Sonja buy a home, and fast forward to today, their son Kyle and wife Gina, along with mother/mother-in-law Deborah have just closed on this beautiful pool home in St. Johns County.

For more than 11 years cindy_browningmccahill has seen my closing photos. Now it’s her time in the spotlight!

And boy did the pieces fall perfectly into place to make it happen.

Earlier this year, when her tenant vacated her rental property, Cindy decided it was time to sell it.

And after two contracts fell through due to loss of job and financing, one of my investor clients reached out looking to add to their portfolio.

Perfect timing - and a perfect match.

Many times in real estate, timing is everything.

When I met with my clients to interview for the job, they told me they had their eye on another home, which meant they had an aggressive timeline and a clear goal: get their home sold as quickly as possible (without giving it away) so they could make their next move.

Some closings just hit a little differently.

Mike and I go all the way back to playing Little League together some 30+ years ago. After nearly 20 years of life taking us in different directions, we reconnected about 10 years ago when he and Shannon and family moved onto my street and we randomly ran into each other at the bus stop.

Ever since then, I’ve heard them talk about their dream (plans) of one day owning a home on the St. Johns River.

Today, that dream became reality.

After what seemed like years of searching for the perfect place, the Padrons are officially the owners of an amazing home on more than four acres on the river - an incredible place for the entire family to make memories of a lifetime.

I’m grateful for every client I get to help, but helping lifelong friends achieve a lifelong dream is pretty hard to beat.

Congratulations, Mike, Shannon, Liam, Reagan and Beckett.
