Just a reminder - Election Day will be here soon enough and if you still need a ballot Notarized - we can help - there is NO CHARGE for this service!

As election time comes - please remember that if you do have an absentee ballot and need it notarized - always remember it it taken care of at no charge as per Missouri law. Feel free to contact us if you need one notarized @ (314) 605-3615.

Really good information when you sign ANY document.

Our company has already installed this policy as of 1/1/2020.

Always better safe than sorry.

The new year is giving scammers an easy way to forge documents, but you can protect yourself simply by writing out the full date.

And now for the next holiday schedule...

We will be closed from Tuesday, 12/24/2019 until Monday, 12/30/2019. Time off for the holidays is always a good thing.

If you do have an urgent request we will check the voicemail server once a day.

As the Holidays start to appear...

Our services will be closed starting Wednesday evening, November 27th @ 8:00 pm until Monday morning, December 2nd, so our staff can take come time off and enjoy the Holiday.

If you do have an emergency and need services you can leave us a message as the voicemail server will be checked once a day. We cannot guarantee that we would be able to assist, but sometimes you never know...

Our services will not be available from Friday, May 24 until Tuesday, May 28 for the Memorial Day weekend.

Please understand having time off is one thing, but remembering those (past and present) who have served in the Armed Forces are the ones to be recognized.

Don't forget to thank them if you do see one in your travels - they DESERVE it.
