Richelle earned her undergraduate degree in psychology from Drury University and her Masters in Counseling from Missouri State University. She is a life-long resident of Springfield and is invested in the community. She is passionate about helping others and enjoys volunteering and advocating for the homeless. Richelle also enjoys spending time with her family and pets, being outdoors, reading and attending the theater and symphony.
