2025’s GSBOR Annual Awards Event:

So thankful to receive the 2025 Rookie Of The Year Award! I most certainly couldn’t have done this without the help of Jerry Schweitzer Ever since I started, he has been mentoring me and been there all along the way to help me succeed. Also have to thank everyone in my office for being there to teach me along the way, include me in so much, and treat me as if I’m family.

I also need to thank my mom and dad for supporting me after deciding to move to Springfield right out of high school, as well as my brother Wesley Menshouse and his wife for giving me a place to live for the first 2 years of being here. I wouldn’t be here without the love and support of you all.

I’ve learned so much in the last year and a half, being thrown in the fire and being pushed by so many people who want to see me succeed.
