In honor of Chuck Norris today, here’s Five Chuck Norris real estate facts:

1. Chuck Norris doesn’t negotiate offers. The seller lowers the price out of fear.

2. Chuck Norris doesn’t need pre-approval. The bank asks him how much he wants.

3. Chuck Norris doesn’t do home inspections. The house fixes itself before he walks in.

4. Chuck Norris doesn’t get outbid. Other offers withdraw out of fear.

5. Chuck Norris doesn’t close deals. Deals close themselves when he shows up.

I’m still not sure how the grim reaper pulled this off. But, we lost an absolute icon today. Rest easy, Chuck.
