Public Announcement: Leave of Absence

Dear Clients, Colleagues, and Friends,

I am writing to inform you that I will be taking a leave of absence due to ongoing family medical issues. This has been a difficult decision, but at this time, my family needs my full attention and care.

Beginning next week, I will be scheduling appointments to wrap up matters, sending final invoices, issuing refunds, and seeking withdrawal and referring your legal matters to trusted attorneys outside of my practice to ensure that your cases receive the attention they deserve.

For any questions, concerns, or assistance with your case, please leave a voicemail or send an email. Please note that my email will be monitored sporadically during this period.

I am deeply grateful for your trust, support, and understanding during this time. I look forward to returning when the situation allows and continuing to serve you.

NOTICE TO CLIENTS

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inform you of a temporary adjustment to my availability due to personal circumstances. Currently, I am providing care for family members who are in hospice, which has necessitated a significant amount of my time and attention.

As a result, there may be some delays in the completion of legal matters and responses to correspondence. Please be assured that I am doing everything possible to manage my caseload effectively during this period, but am out-of-state intermittently and delays are likely.

Please ensure you have added my email and the information email to your contacts to ensure email delivery.

I will be returning correspondence, calls, and scheduling appointments during my next return trip to Missouri.

I appreciate your understanding and patience during this challenging time. Thank you for your continued trust and support. Family caregiving is never easy, but is worth it to allow for dignity and comfort, as many of you have also experienced. Your prayers are greatly appreciated.
