Rebates for Home Updates so you stay warm this winter! 🏡

It is expected that natural gas prices will be twice as much as last year.

Whether you use natural gas to heat your home or just for a few appliances, conserving natural gas will save on your winter utility bill.

Here are our five top tips:

1. Adjust the temperature of your water heater to 125 degrees.

2. Add insulation to your home and take advantage of our limited time rebate that gets you 50% cash back, up to $500!

3. Install a smart thermostat (and get $75 back from us to help you save even more).

4. Check for leaks around doors, windows and other openings to the outside, and seal with caulk or weatherstripping.

5. Whenever possible, use the cold water setting on your washing machine.

Check you roof!!! You might need more insulation to keep your home warm. There is a rebate with CU.

Does your roof look like this? đź‘€

If so, you’re losing heat (and 💸 money) through your roof and you need more insulation!

So how much do you need? For blown-in fiberglass, the depth should be 14-16 inches. For cellulose insulation, the depth should be at least 12-14 inches.

If you don’t feel comfortable getting in the attic and measuring yourself, contact a qualified contractor to help you out. Here’s a list of registered contractors just to name a few >> bit.ly/RegisteredContractors

If you need to upgrade your insulation, we’ve got you covered with a rebate that will get you a 20% rebate, up to $300, if you qualify!
