President’s Sales Club recipients are among an elite group within the real estate profession. Despite the challenges of the marketplace, Kate consistently achieved a level of accomplishment that only 10 percent of Ohio’s real estate professionals attain as a member of the President's Sales Club. In 2015, Kate took extensive courses to sit for the Ohio Broker's Exam. She is a licensed Broker Realtor and works exclusively in residential sales. Kate created and launched Gallery Homes Real Estate in November of 2019, just months before the world-wide pandemic hit. She helped her team pivot and thrive in 2020, grew to a team of 5 in 2021, then to a team of 10 in 2022. In August 2022, Gallery Homes Real Estate became the #2 office in total Volume sales for Clark County, Ohio.

We are so proud to announce our newest agent, Dan Antrim.

Dan has spent the majority of his life in Clark County and is a graduate of Tecumseh High School. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Finance from Wright State University in 1980. While attending college, he worked his way through school and went on to build a long and dedicated career with the same company, spanning 46 years before retiring at the end of 2022.

In his free time, Dan enjoys traveling, particularly through cruises and road trips. He is an avid disc golf player when weather permits and has a passion for woodworking, creating a variety of handcrafted items. He also values time outdoors and makes it a priority to go camping several times a year, especially during cooler seasons when campfires can be fully enjoyed.
