🏳️‍🌈 What an incredible weekend at Springfield Pride!

Bacon Wilson was proud to be part of this year's Springfield Pride celebration, joining thousands of community members in honoring diversity, inclusion, and equality. From the vibrant parade and outstanding performers to the overwhelming sense of community and support, the energy throughout the event was absolutely electric.

We especially want to thank our team members who generously volunteered their time to represent Bacon Wilson and connect with attendees throughout the day: Real Estate Paralegal Adora Cichon-Santos and Attorneys Ryan O'Hara and Britaney Guzman. Their enthusiasm and commitment helped make the event a memorable experience for everyone who stopped by our booth.

One of the highlights of the day was the opportunity to connect with so many members of our local community, celebrate individuality, and support an event that promotes visibility, acceptance, and pride for all.

Join us in celebrating two well-deserved administrative elevations at Bacon Wilson!

We are proud to announce that John Chavis has been elevated from Systems Administrator to Director of Information Technology, and Alayna Anderson has been elevated from Marketing Coordinator to Marketing Manager.

John recently celebrated his 21st anniversary with Bacon Wilson this March. Over the past two decades, he has played an integral role in supporting and advancing the firm’s technology infrastructure, helping ensure that our attorneys and staff have the tools they need to serve clients effectively.

Alayna celebrated four years with the firm this May. Since joining Bacon Wilson, she has made a significant impact on the firm’s marketing and social media efforts, strengthening our brand presence and supporting initiatives that connect us with clients and communities throughout the region.

Several years ago, we implemented Summer Fridays as a way to boost morale and give our firm a well-deserved jump start on the weekend—and it's become one of our favorite traditions.

Bacon Wilson is seeking a dependable, organized, and motivated individual to join our Residential Real Estate Department as a Residential Real Estate Runner.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, values attention to detail, and is comfortable working independently while supporting a collaborative legal team.

🚘 This position requires the use of a personal vehicle throughout the workday. Some weeks may involve travel for more than 50% of the workday while making deliveries and coordinating document exchanges with firms throughout the Springfield area. Mileage is reimbursed at the current federal reimbursement rate.

We’re looking for candidates with strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills, along with the ability to manage a high-volume workload efficiently.
