ion and review; Good Faith Estimate review; title examination review and certification; closing protection letter and commitment preparation; completion of all bank documentation for clearing of title and release of closing documents; preparation and closing with notarization of HUD Settlement Statements and bank documents such as notes and mortgages; filing of all necessary documentation with the appropriate registry of deeds and state agencies as necessary; and post closing followup and recording of documents such as discharges. Lectured in numerous first homebuyer seminars as to legal matters introducing potential buyers with the real estate process and answering questions. Will and Trust Law; creating, notarizing and administering Wills and Trust documents including wills, health care proxies, and powers of attorney.
