She provided a lot of iinformation about comparable properties and made good reccommendations for a listing price. She also gave an idea up front of what the net amount to sellers would be at an example listing price(s). I like that she provided staging furniture and other items to make an empty house look better. She also did cleaning and carpet cleaning to make the property look nice in pictures taken to post online.
If I had a question, Carmella had an aswer for it. She is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate business. I wouldn't hesitate at all to reccommend her to friends and family that are wanting to sell their real estate.
