My client was arrested after being found asleep at a green light after a long day of work and a short night out with friends. He was arrested for DWI without admitting to consuming alcohol, and without any field sobriety tests. Because he was in possession of his handgun, he was also charged with unlawful carry. Both cases were dismissed pretrial, without a hearing. Now my client gets his life and his gun back. This case was set for trial, but they didn’t want the smoke 😎.

Another recent win for a DWI client in protecting his DL from a 2 year administrative suspension. When you are arrested for a DWI and refuse to give a breath or blood sample you are facing a 180 day administrative license revocation (ALR) for your first offense, and 2 YEARS for your second offense.
